APPLICATION

The Type G-GC three-core flat portable power cable is a high-performance cable specifically designed for mining applications and suitable for various AC mining equipment. Its flat structure not only facilitates installation and operation but is also particularly suitable for the confined spaces of mine shafts, ensuring efficient and safe power transmission. It is applicable for mining transport vehicles, drills, excavators, and other equipment, featuring high flexibility, durability, and safety.

CONSTRUCTION

ConductorsStranded annealed tinned copper conductor.
InsulationEthylene Propylene Rubber (EPR).
Ground Check ConductorTinned copper conductor with a yellow insulation.
Grounding ConductorTinned copper conductor with an optional green outer covering.
ReinforcementSynthetic yarn.
JacketReinforced heavy-duty/extra-heavy-duty Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE), black. (Cables having a nominal outside diameter of more than 2.0 inches require extra-heavy-duty jackets.)

OPTIONS

Other jacket materials such as CSP/PCP/NBR/PVC are available upon request.
Two-layer jacket with reinforcing fibre between the two layers can be offered as an option.
